- What counts as a truck?
- Each truck marked Active under Assets → Trucks. Trucks marked Inactive aren't counted.
- Do drivers, dispatchers or office users cost extra?
- No. Add as many as you need — the price is set only by your active trucks.
- How does the free trial work?
- Sign up and use everything free for 7 days — no card needed. To keep going after that, add a card or bank account (ACH) in Settings → Billing. Add it early and your first charge still waits until the trial ends.
- How am I billed?
- Monthly through Stripe, by card or bank account (ACH) — whichever you choose is charged automatically. Your total updates when your number of active trucks changes.
